This Sunday May 1st we are headed to forest park to hike to Pittock Mansion. This is one of my favorite in town hikes. The first mile or two meanders along a creek, then turns into some surprisingly steep switchbacks towards the top. If the sky is clear the view from the top is amazing!
Meet us at lower Macleay park (NW 29th and Upshur) at 9:30 am. I am allowing about three hours for this 5 mile hike. Please wear layers and bring water and a snack if you think you will need one. Call Anne for more info 503-705-4762.
