Fluid’s Nutrition Challenge Starts September 13th!

Want to look and feel your best?

Need to improve your diet, but you’re not sure where, or how to start?

I’ve got a plan for you!

Picture how you want to feel one month from now. How specific can you be with your goals?

For example:

  • You fit into that pair of pants that has been taunting you since last year.
  • You eat one home cooked meal with your family each week.
  • You replace your daily habit of a glass of wine with journaling, meditation, or a bath.

What is Fluid’s Nutrition Challenge?

Join our Nutrition Challenge and together you and I will craft YOUR customized plan. Over the next four weeks you will make small, incremental changes that lead to lasting results.

  • 4 week plan to improve your diet
  • 30 minute goal setting meeting with me on Zoom
  • weekly email and phone support

What it’s not:

This is not a “cleanse”. There will be no juicing (unless you really like juice). This is not a weight loss diet per se, but if you goal is to lose weight, or improve your body composition, I am here to help you.

You will bring new awareness to how you are fueling your body. You will learn to recognize your emotional eating cues, and to understand how to create new habits (spoiler alert – this has very little to do with willpower).

The cost is $55. Fit Club members, this challenge is included in your membership!

The Challenge starts September 13th. Please reach out to me this week, as I’m scheduling one on one goal setting sessions now. I’m holding a spot for you, dear friend!

Call or email me today to reserve your spot!

Fluid Has A New Address! 1644 S.E. Clatsop Street

Fluid has recently moved to 1644 S.E. Clatsop Street Portland, Oregon 97202.

I must admit initially I thought Clatsop was a strange sounding word (and still am not sure if I am pronouncing it correctly) then I discovered the history. Fort Clatsop is named for a local Indian tribe who were friendly to Lewis and Clark.

If you have not visited the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park I highly recommend it!

The park is just past Astoria. This area is loaded with attractions including the Peter Iredale Shipwreck (see photo below of yours truly striking a pose).

Client Testimonial Fluid Movement + Massage

Here is a testimonial a client recently posted on Yelp. Thanks Suzanne!

When I moved to Portland 2 years ago I had the good fortune to meet Anne and experience her excellent work immediately. Although I try other studios and teachers out of curiosity, Anne’s style is the right fit for me. Her curiosity is one of the attributes that I appreciate about her work. Like the name of her business she is Fluid, not rigid. Whether in her yoga or Pilates class I find her style reassuring, open, accepting, non-judgmental, safe, and encouraging of awareness and hard work and fun. I live the benefits of her knowledge, her own personal work and her continuing exploration of the world of the body.

Massages with Anne are not a one size fits all, but tailored to your needs and wants. If you are not sure what you need she will ask questions and then listen to your body. I love her massage room which is light and airy with a pleasant view of the outdoors. Should you prefer a dark, cozy room the drapes can be drawn.

Her range of body work is extensive including yoga, Pilates, fitness training classes plus specially designed individual or small group sessions. When the opportunity arises she loves to work outdoors.

All in all I would say she is a gifted body worker with a pleasant, unassuming demeanor who is committed to good work, professionalism and enjoying life.
