New recorded videos land in your inbox each month, in varying lengths – from 5, 20, 30, to 60 minutes. These include “The Five”, leg strength focused exercises, shoulder strength and stability, yoga, Pilates, or Barre exercises, and guided meditations. You may do these in the comfort of your own home, at the time you choose, using minimal equipment.
Need a mat, band, small ball, weights, or other gear? Contact Anne and she will ship gear to you (or drop it on your porch if you are here in Portland). This is included in your Fit Club membership!
