Meet with me for 30 minutes of one on one time focused on you and your goals. We will establish your personal exercise program, make a plan that includes movement, nutrition, and rest, and discuss a back up plan for unexpected surprises.
Follow the easy, short, prompts in your weekly emails for pain-free movement, mobility/flexibility, healthy eating, reducing stress, and improving sleep.
Spend 5-10 minutes each morning on activities that help you feel energized (and set you up for a good night’s sleep) – gentle movement, walking, being outside. Establish a nighttime routine that signals to your brain that it is time to rest, so that you sleep through the night – turning lights down, reading, journaling. Spend one day a week prepping meals – chop veggies, try a new recipe.
