This week’s hike – Tryon Creek! Meet us at noon at the nature center (off Terwilliger) for a ninety minute hike. Small elevation change, high chance of mud, so wear shoes that can get down and dirty.

Our Wednesdays hikes continue this week in Forest Park. Meet us at the end of NW Thurman street at noon tomorrow, July 22nd. We will head up Leif Erickson, then go for a 3+ mile loop up Wild Cherry. This is a relatively flat stretch with lots of shade – I promise!

Come take the Mt Tabor Challenge with Anne and the boot camp crew! We meet at noon this Wednesday July 15th at the north side of the park near the intersection of Belmont and S.E. 69th. We will start at the stairs (count em – 300!) Then go off road so wear comfortable trail shoes.
